Today, the mailman delivered a bundle of white letters, each had the postage marked “By Air Mail Par Avion, Royal Mail, Great Britain. I knew that this was going to be exciting when I opened them. I opened them carefully on the side, because I knew the students might try to tear it open, and in the process, damage the autograph inside. Although D1 & D2 class mailed letters, only 11 letters came in the mail, that’s about 1/4 of what we mailed out. A possible reason for this is that each photo was mailed individually, so Each student has his or her name on the envelope that was mailed to our English School. I hope that in the coming days, the rest of the Harry Potter signed photographs will come, but then again, maybe they picked only a few to mail them to, because two whole classes may have been too much for them to respond to. Either way, we are fortunate to get a response from the great DANIEL RADCLIFFE himself!

This is the second time the students letters were answered with autographed photos. The first time was Angelina Jolie's signed photos (seen on a lower post on this blog last month).

This just goes to show you, you never know what you can do, until you try. Without effort and belief in what you are doing, you will not accomplish your life goals. We try to instill that effort and belief system into our students, changing their lives not just today, but far down the road.
