This week students had a project to take care of a single egg. They had to draw its face, give it a name and make a bed for it. This was actually more challenging than you might think it to be. Two eggs were damaged, shell shocked, and had to be put down. Three students forgot to bring the eggs to class, or just didn't want to and one student had someone else bring it for them. LOL. But all in all the project was to help the students understand being responsible for someone other than themselves. To teach them how to be careful and how to be kind to new family members. It may have been just an egg to some, but it really showed me the root personality of each student. Have a look at some of the photos.
